Please print & fill out the Order Form including the list of instruments, what service you need (i.e., re-tipping, sharpening, etc.), shipping and billing information, and payment information.

You can also provide any special instructions to your order, and we’ll try our best to accommodate.
Local Pickup or
Request Shipping Label
Send Your Instruments

Ship them to us by courier or Canada Post.

Include insurance for postal service.

If Local: Drop-off and pick-up orders at our address to save the shipment cost.

Please call for pick-up orders.

Please pack your instruments securely to avoid damage during transportation. We are not responsible for instruments that are damaged during transportation.

All New Orders are done and shipped out within 2 business days for In-Stock Instruments.

All Repair Work Typically Takes 30 Days From Invoice.
